5. Payments, Enrollment, and Cancellation/Refunds

Prices, billing terms, and what is included in each program or subscription are described on the site at the time of purchase.

For online purchases of training programs/subscriptions, you should review the refund/cancellation terms provided at checkout or in the course/subscription details. We comply with applicable provincial consumer protection requirements, including Consumer Protection Act, 2023, S.O. 2023, c. 23, Sched. 1.

Where refunds or cancellations are available, eligibility and timing requirements are subject to the terms shown for the specific product you purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trainova.top and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site or training.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will be limited to the amounts you paid to us for the relevant training product in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

9. No Warranties

The site and training materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Any implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
